Here in Thailand, white mulberry trees are also used to nourish the silk worms that produce world-renowned Thai silk. Our White Mulberry has a fresh, bittersweet flavor accompanied by a warm natural aroma that helps.
In addition to its pleasant taste, White Mulberry is rich in antioxidants as well as calcium, minerals and dietary fiber. Initial studies have also shown that White Mulberry has potential anti-diabetic effects, as it helps to lower blood sugar levels. White Mulberry has long been used as a traditional treatment for diabetes in Korea and China.
