If a product reaches you in poor condition, we will happily exchange it or refund the cost.
How to Initiate the Return Process
Aumtea honors return or exchange requests for up to 10 days after the date of delivery.
If you need to request an exchange or refund for an Aumtea product, please begin by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with “Item Return” in the subject line.
In the main body of the email, please provide the following information:
The product and quantity you’d like to exchange or refund
The date your product was delivered
The reason you’d like to request an exchange or refund
If you’d like an exchange or refund for your product
Once we’ve received your email, Aumtea will email you a free shipping return label to return the product to us. As soon as possible following receipt of the returned product, we will reimburse the cost of the product, or send out the new product.
Please note that Aumtea is not able to reimburse other costs you may have incurred during the shipping process, such as import duties, taxes or fees.
