Shipping Policy
Thank you so much for choosing Aumtea. We prioritize getting our products to you as soon as possible at an affordable cost. Aumtea ships all of our orders in the USA and some in Canada from our US fulfillment center.
Packaging
Our products are carefully packaged to preserve the freshness of our teas and herbal infusions and to prevent damage during shipping. Depending on your order selection, our products will be packaged and delivered in heat-sealed foil bags, cellophane bags, plastic bottles (capsules), or large plastic bags sized to fit the box.
Processing and Delivery Times
98% of all Aumtea products ship within 24 hours of receiving the order.

The above information pertains to our regular orders via the website. Large bulk 20+ kilogram orders need to be separately prepared for wholesale clients by Aumtea, and shipping information adjusted accordingly, as the vast majority of bulk orders will be shipped directly from Thailand.
Tracking Your Aumtea Order
Once we’ve shipped your order, we’ll send you an email update with a tracking number to follow your package as it ships. Please note that it can take up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

Occasionally there are national or international events that may result in global shipping delays (such as those caused by inclement weather or large holidays). In those cases, we try to notify you if we expect a longer delivery time than normal.
Customs Fees and Import Taxes
*Retail and small bulk clients in the USA purchasing through the Aumtea website do not have to cover any additional taxes, import duties or fees related to importing teas and herbal infusions into North America.*
Aumtea’s distributors and large wholesale clients are responsible for all taxes, duties and fees associated with importing herbal tea and other tea products into your country.
We can help you with this process by providing required documentation prior to shipping.
